First time out kitesurfing for 6 weeks because of my dodgy knee, so took it easy. Came in a couple of times for a rest but had a couple of really good runs, and hadnt forgotten how to do it which i thought might happen !!

Pretty much my first go in proper surf waves as well which was pretty cool. Always seemed that when i tried to catch one none were even close to breaking, but then when i turned round to go out i was faced with a wall of white water !!

Wind died around 2 in the afternoon, so after ariving at 7:30 in the morning that was enough !! Had a bbq on at the bluff beach in the evening, apparantly its aaron hadlows home spot, but we didnt see him !
